What is CBD Oil Good For?

From the desk of:

I'm sure you are aware that it seems like everybody is selling some form of CBD (cannabidiol) these days.  Several of them are our associates here on IBOtoolbox.

So, I know that CBD is a non-intoxicating bi-product of the Cannabis plant but, what I don't know is exactly what CBD oil (or powder, or spray) is used for?

Yesterday I visited a major CBD website to try and answer that question.  Interestingly, I could not find anywhere on that website that told me what I would use CBD for.  Then I found this statement regarding which product they recommend for any of several specific conditions:

"Unfortunately, the FDA does not let us recommend any product for a particular condition. Nor are we allowed to say that any of these products will or may work for a particular condition. What we CAN tell you is that we have hundreds of customers returning each month to purchase these products that have conditions such as epilepsy, cancer, fibromaylgia/chronic pain, migraines, insomnia, anxiety, crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, arthritis and so much more. The fact that they return regularly leads us to believe that they must be finding the relief and well being they’re searching for."

Then today, by accident, I came across the "other side of the story."  In an article published by MarketWatch they brought out the point that insufficient clincal trials have been conducted to confirm (or deny) that CBD helps any of the indications people are claiming.

I suspect there are 2 reasons why some people are a bit negative toward CBD oil:

A.  Money!!  If CBD does what proponents claim, big pharma stands to lose a ton of money!

B.  There are also a bunch of people (doctors, scientists, your aunt Clara) who always urge caution with newer, unproven products because they care about you.

CVS and Walgreens recently announced plans tobegin selling CBD creams, patches, and sprays soon in selected states.

So I don't know what the answer is but I think it is going to be very interesting to see how this situation plays out.  If you want to read the MarketWatch article it is here:

And, here is a second, similar article from WebMD:

And now a word from our sponsor:

Are there any birdhdays, anniversaries, or other special events coming up in your world soon?  Maybe you should send them a card to honor the occasion?

As a customer you can send a card for $2.75 plus much do cards cost where you live?

You will feel good and the recipient will be thrilled!  Click for more info:
