Building your online business

First of all are you looking for the right type of people for your business, most people are looking for leaders, however by doing so they are missing out on the 96% of the people who are consumers or customers. You may be better to concentrate on customers. Yes of course you need leaders but each leader needs to be able to bring in 1000 customers. During your recruiting process you will undoubtedly find a few people like you who have a wish to build a business and these are the people you need to develop and train.

Your potential leaders are people who have a strong dream or a reason whythey need to be in business, it might be, to put their children through college, to be able to retire early or improve their retirement or simply to have money left over at the end of the month. Your first task is to discover their why and provide them with a pathway to success.

You need to have a clear and presentable plan that duplicates what you are doing and is easy to follow. Throughout my life, whatever I have been doing I have never asked someone to do something that I have not been prepared to do myself. you need to develop similar skills.

There are are going to be times when you need help, and for this reason you need to have a support organisation or team to assist you to find solutions or answers to questions. I have one particular area that I and many people have a weakness and that is closing a deal, so I have delegated this part of my business to another company.

One important tip to build a successful online business is to do something for your business every day, be it reading a book,writing a blog or learning about products and tips from other leaders in your business. Remember in Network marketing you are never alone.
