Don't Put Your Eggs All in One Basket
The term catastrophic failure is occasionally used in computer software to indicate an unexpected error from which the system cannot meaningfully recover. This usually results in a screen of death.
A crash (or system crash) in computing is a condition where a computer or a program, either an application or part of the operating system, ceases to function properly. If the program is a critical part of the operating system, the entire computer may crash.
Has your computer ever crashed?
What did you do? What could you do?
What if lightening strikes, coffee gets spilled onto the keyboard, somehow the computer drops to the floor?
If you have never thought of such things and you own a computer, I do believe it is time to not only think about this senario, but also to take the steps necessary to make sure your files are in a safe place so you won't have to start from scratch rebuilding everything that you had on that computer.

After watching this video, if you still don't get how important the process of backing up your computer is, then all I tell you is "I hope your luck holds out".
Nothing is guaranteed in life, and even though computers can do all kinds of wonderful things these days, they are not indestructible.
Don't put all your eggs in one basket, (in this case, all your files).
Backup your computer and all the files, pictures, music, etc. no matter how much you have, get it backed up now with the Cloud.
Protection you can trust, now and forever. So simple, so quick, so inexpensive. Absolutely a "no brainer".
Support technicians are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 | | I just recently started backing up my computer after such failures and redo's. Some of my work was saved on disk so that helped. I haven't become familiar with the Cloud yet, but will work on getting to know it for future use as I continue working on my poetry collection for publication. Thanks for a great post. |
