Why is it Important to Blog
Blogging can do many things for you.
By posting a blog out on the internet, this lets all those other people out there in cyberspace know that you are "in the room" (so to speak) and have something to say.
By posting a blog, you are sharing yourself, your likes, your dislikes, your hopes and dreams, your ups and downs with any and everyone who wishes to listen (or read in this case).
Don't worry about putting something out there that someone may disagree with.
Hey, if you hit a "nerve" just right, they just may make a comment on your blog.
And guess what?
They just did you a favor.
By them "attacking" your opinion or thoughts about a subject, they are now expressing their opinion on what you wrote about.
By doing this, they have just shared your blog again and helped you gain even more exposure that would enable many more people to see what you have to say.
If you happen to run into a time that you are not feeling to much in the "blogging frame of mind", and cannot seem to come up with anything to blog about, why not pull something from someone else.
By this, I mean, read a few other peoples blogs. See if their thoughts and feelings on something sparks something in you which "stokes a fire" in you again.
Or perhaps look for websites featuring quotes, inspirational stories, even some type of mentoring or educational topic that you can turn around and make it your own as far as picking out a key point, expanding on it and using it to help another person focus and take the steps needed to reach their goals in their life.
Check out the current news or issues that people deal with around the world, or even in your own neighborhood.
By using your blog, you may be able to tell someone how to prepare a tasty dish, or let the world know that you found a better and easier way to take a tough stain out of the carpet.
The whole idea behind blogging is to gain exposure to yourself and your business. By blogging you are enabling others to not only come to know who and what you stand for, but also will enable them to become more familiar with your products or business.
Just remember:

--- Be honest
--- Be yourself
--- Be consistent
You will be amazed at the connections that you will soon be making.
