Anticipation can be a motivating force in everyday life.
Anticipating something can either put a smile on your face or it could possibly make you feel quite unpleasant in a sickly way.
Stage fright is a type of anticipation.
The planning and thoughts of being with a loved one in the near future is also a type of anticipation.
Wanting so much to do well at something, or maybe even dreading something so much can possibly make a person very nervous.
I have, just as many of you probably have at some time in your life, have experienced both good and not so good feelings of anticipation.
Anticipating something that makes you have an uneasy feeling, can end up resulting in a feeling of relief that the particular event is finally over, good or bad. At least you got through it.
Anticipating something that makes you smile or have an exciting or warm feeling inside, may give you a feeling of disappointment when it is over. Wanting to have that "good" feeling to last longer.
Either way, an anticipation for something good to come, or an anticipation for something that you are a little nervous about can be a very powerful feeling, depending on what the event means to you.
So is there something coming in your near future that may be causing a sick feeling in the middle of your stomach?
OR
Is there something coming in your near future that may be keeping that smile on your face and giving you a "warm fuzzy" in your stomach?

 | | Good Article and Nice Blog...Enjoy your Day Darleen! |
| | | | | Thanks for creating the blog and building the anticipation of gathering more insight. Your time and energy are appreciated and we anticipate future blogs :) |
| | | | | Darleen, good blog. Anticipation, I like this blog and the song. Thanks for sharing. I will. |
| | | | | Your picture says that you are young. Your words have wisdom in them and that comes from experience. How'd you manage that? :) The point is that this blog opens the mind to our realities. Great blog is my point. Keep up the good work. My instincts tell me that you were feeling both sides of anticipation while writing this message. Travel Man |
| | | | | Anticipation both good and bad have a place in our lives. Without those butterflies of fear we would have missed some of the best performances ever made. Once they pass the best comes out. We as a corporation look forward to each day. We know we will make new friends. |
