Peace of Mind —- Is your mind at peace?
A few thoughts concerning this “Peace of Mind” phrase.
Peace — the absence of mental stress or anxiety.
“Peace of Mind” — You are at peace with yourself, not having any problems or “challenges”.
“Peace of Mind” — You do not have a guilty conscience
“Peace of Mind” — having a feeling of satisfaction for what you have in life or maybe for what you have done in life.
“Peace of Mind” — having a firm enough trust in God, that you feel confident that no matter what comes your way, that you will be able to face it, no sweat, due to the fact that you truly believe that God will take care of whatever needs to come of the issue at hand.
“Peace of Mind” — being able to spend quality time in what you feel you should, without having any “negative” occurrences disturbing you.
With all this being said, does this also mean that it is true that:
“Money and Fame will NOT bring you “Peace of Mind”?

Would this last statement then mean that some, or all of the homeless men and women that live, walk and sleep on the streets, that their minds are at peace?
Guess that question itself could open up more avenues to expand on, however, keeping on this line of thought: Are they truly at peace and happy being in that situation?
Why is it (based on personal circumstances and conversations with a few others), why do we seem to feel better, livelier, more energetic, all around happier, at those times when we seem to have more money available within our reach?
What is the saying? “Money is the Root of all Evil”. Well, there are quite a few times in my personal life and others that I hear of, that the same money could also be a marvelous uplifting gift that can help a person feel EMPOWERED and not feel SO beaten down to where they feel like they “are nothing, have nothing and will never be nothing”. (Excuse my grammar there, it just kind of went with my flow).
Again, this could probably expand and go into many other directions about the talk about money; the lack of it, the desire for it, how to get it, and then what to do with it when you finally get it.

When someone has to fight on a daily basis, struggling to keep hold of what they have in life; family, job, material items, etc. Not to mention trying to keep their sanity; keeping their emotions under control, holding onto any beliefs that they do have that “things will turn out the way they should”, one day.
It is also a struggle to keep hold of that faith and belief in themselves that they ARE doing everything they possibly can to make things better in the end. To keep having the courage every minute of the day to fight that battle that seems to be never ending and know that they are worth what is waiting for them at the end of that rainbow. That “pot of gold” with their name on it, that will uplift them enough to feel good about themselves again.
Unfortunately, there are so many people that do not have that “Peace of Mind” about themselves or what their future holds. And most of the time it has to do with the “lack of money”.
However, if they can keep putting that one foot in front of the other, (no matter how heavy that ankle weight seems to get), keep putting forth the effort, keep that DESIRE to succeed perched right in front of them at all times. Then within time, (always sooner is better. however, if you are living the situation, it will probably feel like an eternity no matter how long or short a time it takes) things will get better.
They WILL get what they deserve and so rightly have earned when the time is right.
It boils down to: NEVER GIVE UP
and keep believing and have faith that
THEY ARE WORTH IT.
