Empower Network is growing a rapid pace, therefore looking to expand our customer support team.
Qualifications:
High speed Internet
Computer
Ability to learn and navigate support software quickly
8 hours a day (availability)
Good communication skills
Team player
Teachable
Flexible
This position provides the benefits of working for a financially stable company, around an
experienced team of peers and management from the comfort of your home.
You will be solving customer support tickets and answering members technical, account and
back office questions.
You’ll receive ‘on the job’ training and be given the necessary tools and resources you need
from the company and staff to complete your job.
We’re looking for someone who is a self starter. Right now this is a temporary position, but there is potential for it to become full-time, depending on our support needs and your work performance.
We are NOT just looking for anyone.
