Did you know that your success depends on your attitude and actions?
When you dream, dream big because your dream fuels your attitude and actions.
Do not use “try” ….. Just Do It!
I understand that we all say that we will “try” and do something. That is okay as long as you are doing your ABSOLUTE best to make what you are “trying” to do happen.
Remember as with everything, It's all about YOU!.... You are the one who can make things possible.
Become the “lead dog”.
Some of us are comfortable following behind others. Again, that is fine, if you are happy with that. As long as you realize that the view will not change. If you are not satisfied with how things are going where you are at, then you need to become an expert in what you want to go after.
Make yourself a goal and maybe even set a specific time on when you want to achieve that goal.
Know “Why” you want to reach that goal.
Your “Why” in life will keep you going even when life gets you down. Whether it is putting your children through college, becoming the head of your company, buying a new home. Keep your “Why” in your sight.
If need be, make yourself little index cards and post it on your mirrors, refrigerator, etc. Anywhere that will help remind you of what you want to accomplish and “WHY”.
Your success will depend on how hard you work to make it happen. Success = Skills x Action
If one of your goals is to help others and teach them. Make sure you have that ability to lead and teach others. Become a leader yourself.
Networking is about empowering others. About communicating and relationships. Helping others make a difference.
The more you are able to help others, will not only help you feel better, but what you put out eventually comes back to you. So do the best for others so you will receive the best back.
Make sure to create good habits.
If you struggle with certain “bad” habits, that is okay. We all have to deal with something. Just keep working to better yourself and eventually those “bad” habits will disappear.
Be upbeat and positive if at all possible.
We all have “bad” days. Again, fine, just regroup, remember what you are reaching for and start out again. You have the ability to make a difference, not only in your own life, but also in others.
If you are having an issue, then find the solution, don't just sit there and wonder what is going to happen next. MAKE something happen. Remember, you have the ability to make that change!
And if nothing else, TALK TO YOURSELF. Work what needs to be worked out. However, BE POSITIVE. You CAN make a difference. If you have the WILL and DESIRE to make a change, then that change WILL happen.
BELIEVE in yourself.
