Okay, let’s talk. My day has been just a little stressed and I have not had all the patience that I should have had.
Now, don’t go and think that I am going to be all negative and get you all down with this blog that I am putting out here. I just want to always keep things on a human level and let everyone know that we are ALL human.
We all battle from day to day, moment to moment with everyday things. Whether it is stresses coming from your business, dealing with your children, or the having to deal with the downright hassles of a normal human life. Either way, we all deal with issues, (or challenges as some people would prefer to call it), no matter what you call it; we all must learn to cope with life.
I for one, find myself at times, having a difficult time controlling my level of patience. As with everyone, I believe, we all have a “button” that can at some point be pushed that will set us all off into our own little world of private frenzy.
With being a human being, I will admit that I need to learn quite a bit more about how to have a higher tolerance in dealing with different situations. I am learning, I have an open mind, and just by my acknowledging the fact that I need to make improvements, will hopefully help me on my road to succeeding in this matter.
But as we all probably know, nothing happens overnight. When it comes to changing the way you have lived your life for who knows how many years, if you are to be realistic, we all know it took how many years to become who you are right now, it will of course, not change overnight. Right?
However, being the person I am, I want immediate gratification. Okay, so that is something I have to work on also.
So, with my work cut out for me, in all areas of my life, I have a busy life. But then, don’t we all. Taking care of children, taking care of spouses, making sure our businesses are running the way they should, and then trying to take care of ourselves. We all must find time to relax the way we would like to, or make changes to ourselves and our way of thinking to better ourselves for everyone that is connected to us.
To be able to help and serve anyone else you are involved with, you must remember that it starts by taking care of yourself. Don’t push yourself over the edge and forget who you are. If you do that, the climb back to finding yourself can be a very long and difficult one.
Find ways on making yourself happy, relaxed and pleased with the person you are. Make sure you like yourself, because “It’s all about You!”
