Turn a Deaf Ear
There once was a bunch of tiny frogs who were in a racing competition.
A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and to see which one would reach the top.
No one in the crowd actually believed that any of the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.
They were shouting things like:
-- "Oh, that is way too difficult!"
-- "They will NEVER make it to the top".
-- "Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"
One by one the tiny frogs started collapsing.
EXCEPT for ONE that continued to climb higher and higher.
This one wouldn't give up!
Everyone wanted to know how this one tiny frog was able to find the strength to reach such a high goal.
It turned out that the little frog and the only one to be able to reach the top, was deaf.

You may not actually be deaf like this little frog, however, there may be times when you should pretend that you are, and turn a "deaf ear" to those who try and dissuade you to stop what you feel you to need to do.
Normally, you will want to keep your ears perked up in case anyone may have helpful advice or suggestions that you could use to make your way to the top.
But, if someone is saying something that is impeding your progress towards your goals in any way, making you start to second guess yourself or just make you feel uncomfortable at all, you must put a stop to it.
Turn a "deaf ear", disconnect, stand your ground and tell them in no uncertain terms, just how strongly you feel about what you are doing and how you are going to get there.
There is way too much competition out here. Along with the "wolves in sheeps clothing", a new person may find it difficult to survive long out here, as it is.
To begin with, you need to make sure that you know what your "Why" is, that you "Believe" in what you are promoting, and to have and maintain "Faith" in yourself while trying to reach that goal.
There is too much to learn out here in the network marketing business. Don't waste your time or energy trying to convince those "naysayers" any different.
Do your best to stay tuned in to those who are more knowledgeable and helpful in what you wish to learn.
Stick with those people who offer guidance and a positive feedback, which will do wonders for you in gaining more confidence along the way
For those who have done nothing but try and hold you back during your journey, they will find out all they need to know when they see you reach that finish line with your head held high.
You should also feel proud of yourself when you do reach that goal, knowing that you didn't give up on yourself, even though others may have given up on you before the race even began.
Best of luck to you and remember, for those people that you find you needed to turn a "deaf ear" to...
hold your head up and walk past them, knowing that they didn't matter anyway.
