Beware of the Wolves and Their Fangs
Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. Matthew 7:15
How often are you approached by someone trying to convince you that their opportunity is the best out there?
How often do you have someone telling you that THEY know best and that their ways of marketing are better than others and that if you join them and their opportunity you will make money hand over fist?
Beware!
They will start off by saying they will help and that they know all there is to know, but eventually their "fangs" will show.
After a time, if you are paying attention, you will find that there are those that are doing their best to help others, while there will be others who you will discover are "wolves in sheeps clothing".
Unfortunately, some of us meet up with some of those "wolves in sheeps clothing" and end up learning the hard way.
Some of us, will be lucky enough to meet up with an honest and true person who really is out here to help and teach others.
Until you find that one person or opportunity that you can get the most from and hopefully be able to create a bond of respect and loyalty from each other, then you will need to be open to what is shared with you from others.
Just like life in general, all you can do is to make the best decisions that you can at the time for a particular situation and learn from what works and what doesn't.
If you have ever experienced any type of "gut feelings" in your life, hopefully you know how to read them.
There are "yellow and red flags" that we all must learn to see when out here and dealing with people of all kinds. Until you are able to spot those flags on your own, you may want to go off your gut feelings or keep tabs on people you have been out here that may be more experienced and have been dealing with the marketing world for awhile.
However, even then, some of those people have learned many ways to approach people who may not be so "keen" on what can be out here ready to pounce on them.
Again, do your best, trust your gut and really pay attention when connecting with someone. Everyone has some amount of common sense bestowed upon them, use it and don't allow yourself to be too gullible.
No one can or should make you do anything you don't want to. If they or their opportunity is worth anything, it will still be there when you decide if it is right for you or not.
Best of luck and Beware! of the "wolves in sheeps clothing".

 | | Good article Darleen. The best way is the honest way to approach anyone or any ideal opportunity. Knowledge is powerful and necessary for business, but if you're honest when telling others that "this may not be for everyone", but those who see the big picture and can relate are more apt to see what you have to offer. Of course their are wolves out there and I agree, be watchful and go by your instincts. Thanks for sharing. Go IBO! |
| | | | | Thanks Darleen. So true. Where were you a while ago? I think a lot of us learned the hard way. |
| | | | | These are usually the same people who are telling you that you have to sign up right now or you won't get the Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious thing that makes it all possible. Whenever I feel pressure like that I run the other way. |
| | | | | Who You were so descriptive I had to take another look, Excellent blog. We must have safety triggers Thanks for sharing. |
| | | | | Even in the almost anything goes culture of cyberspace people still develop reputations that are the yellow and red flags you advise to watch for. It is worth the time and effort to have your instincts and feelings supported by your due diligence. Good article, Darleen. |
| | | | | Great blog. One must always be a little leery of who they are dealing with. Unfortunately, it's just as you stated, "Wolves in sheeps clothing" so if you don't know them...it can be hard to tell until it's too late. |
| | | | | I agree Darleen, great blog, great advice. Thanks for sharing! |
| | | | | we are all tired of hype and fluff and appreciate hearing the good, the bad, and the ugly... it is much more real. |
| | | | | So right Darleen. Too many hocus-pocus, get rich quick schemes out there. Diligence and research are your best friends. |
| | | | | Lets see how many of them people I have met. Can count that many on my fingers. Those people most likely went on lots of trips to Disney World with my money. LOL. Never again will a person tell me they can do something better than someone else can. They are the people you should stay away from just like Darleen said in her blog. |
| | | | | Very good points Darleen!! If we all play gullible, there will be many rich people out there and all for the wrong reasons. One thing I know for sure, I want to ensure that I made it with doing it with hard work and dedication. Not by trying to convince others that it is more than it really is. Thank you for sharing Darleen. Wishing you much success! |
| | | | | thanks for sharing, great blog and info. |
| | | | | Nice information thanks for sharing |
| | | | | Wow you are right on point with this Blog. So many people are trying their hardest to succeed and being misled by those wolves just in it to make all the money.....Thanks for sharing I have been preaching this message for years....... |
