Thelma and Louise - Breaking Free
Just got done watching a movie that I hadn't seen in quite awhile.
I enjoyed it years ago and felt the same way tonight.
Not exactly a "family" movie, but there are definately worse movies out there.
Starring Susan Sarandon, Geena Davis, Brad Pitt, Michael Madsen, and Harvey Keitel.
Thelma is a passive housewife, married to a controlling man.
Louise is a single waitress who appears strong, organized, and stern, with some unspecified trauma in her past.
The two head out in Louise's 1966 Ford Thunderbird convertible for a two-day vacation in the mountains that quickly turns into a nightmare before they reach their destination.
