There are a lot of people in our industry who have never been taught the right way to build a network marketing business. Many of these people are clueless, because they don’t know what they don’t know.
There’s never a need to hustle anyone. You never need to lie. You should never pressure anyone. There’s no need to ever use the guilt trip or deception. You should treat everyone you talk to as well as you treat your own mother.
You don’t need to spam people. You don’t need to chase people. You don’t need to bug people or beg people to join, either. Our real job is to SERVE people and HELP people. We are consultants and we offer solutions to people’s problems.
We never need to “get” anyone. We have something good to offer others. Whether or not they "see" that value is their choice.
Be proud of what you do. You are the CEO of a business: Your Business! You’re not some hustler or peddler. Do not be ashamed to be a network marketer.
Teach people how to be a network marketing professional. Just like lawyers, doctors and accountants, we have certain skills, attitudes and mindsets we must master to be successful in our profession.
Teach people the RIGHT WAY to do this business so they aren’t part of the No Friends Left Club. Help people set goals, develop skills, and become competent at what they do.
If you have friends in other companies doing dumb and crazy things that make you scratch your head, make sure you don't operate like that yourself. Be a professional at all times and you can't go wrong.
