As we all know, today, unemployment is the main concern of the Spanish and need not be psychic to know.

How many people prefer to receive 420 euros for doing nothing? Well believe it or few. Why not invest all this money on training routes adequate? Currently are much lower than what would be required and help all the unemployed were better prepared for when we emerge from this downturn.
