6 Tips to SLAY all your goals and desires!

1. Know your outcome

It’s no secret that in order to get to your destination, you must first know what your destination is. However, so few of us set specific goals for ourselves. It’s almost like having an ambiguous GPS system built into our minds. We’re driving around in big circles, never really going anywhere because we haven’t yet set a destination.

If you don’t know what you want to achieve, you won’t get anywhere. Step 1 is to sit down with yourself and list at LEAST 3 goals you want to accomplish. My suggestion is to write it in the present or past tense as if it had already happened. You must always live out your destination in your mind long before it manifests into your physical reality.

 

2. Get laser focused.

One of the most important things I’ve learned in life and in business, is getting LASER FOCUSED. It is so easy to get distracted by the shiny objects that pop out at you every day. I’ve learned if you follow the plan and stay laser focused, you will achieve your goal with zero problem. It’s not even a big deal, and it’s basically already done.

Being someone who wants to implement EVERYTHING I learn, and do just about everything for everyone, I realize that without laser focus, we tend to majorly spread ourselves thin. If you just clump all your energy into a FEW things that will progress you forward, you will experience major growth in those things. Spread yourself all over the place, there’s very little energy being fed to any one specific thing… causing you to see very little results overall.

Focus, baby, focus! There WILL be distractions, but it’s up to you to decide where to put your attention.

 

3. Commit to your energy.

Manifesting your desires and smashing out your goals will require your energy, so make sure you put your health at the top of your priorities. Eating well & exercising isn’t just for looking good. It’s vital to your accomplishments.

When you’re always feeling low energy, lethargic, and slowed down by heavy foods, alcohol, and a sedentary lifestyle, you’re not going to get very much done.

The best thing I ever did for setting myself up for success, was putting my energy levels at the top of my values list. Your energy is everything. PRIORITIZE IT.

 

4. Do it all afraid.

If I told you that you you’re going to be able to eliminate all yours fears, I’d be lying to you. If you’re constantly taking massive action, going after your dreams/goals, and making huge leaps in your life, you’re going to feel fear on a consistent basis.

That’s because stepping outside of your comfort zone is the most unpleasant experience your ego could ever have. It’s going to have a ton of freak out moments, but you’re going to keep going anyway.

The motto for you should be: “I’m feeling afraid and I’m doing it anyway.”

Don’t wait until everything feels right to you and the world is filled with rainbows and butterflies. Champions train themselves to perform well under pressure. If you’re ready to be your own champion, you must train yourself to operate while feeling fear.

 

5. Connect with others.

Don’t think that you’re going to accomplish everything alone. Every single winner had a team behind them to make it happen. Whether it was a coach, a mentor, a group of friends cheering them on, or a connection that helped them get to the next level.

The biggest advice I could give you is to stop seeing everyone as competition, and start collaborating more.

Befriend other successful people (people way way way more successful than you) and see what they’re doing behind the scenes. Take a peek at their habits, the kinds of books they read, their daily rituals and routines, and ask them for help if you feel stuck.

Likewise, see how you can support other people, too.

None of us would be able to achieve anything if it weren’t for other people. The Law of Reciprocity states that what we send out into the Universe always comes back to us. Start tuning into connection & collaboration over competition. This year is the year to also take a look at your peers and closest friends. Because you’re the average of the 5 people you surround yourself the most with, make sure you’re surrounding yourself with like-minded winners.

 

6. Develop a STRONG daily morning ritual

When you start your morning every single day feeling like an accomplished champion, can you imagine what you’re capable of achieving that day?

When you end your morning feeling limitless, unstoppable, and grateful for all that you have… absolutely nothing stands in your way.

It’s no secret that all millionaires have a morning ritual that they prioritize over everything else. There are SO many things you can do in the morning that set you up for success, so find what speaks to you most, and commit to it on a daily basis.

Even if you have a family, kids, or other priorities that you must attend to in the morning, don’t allow your morning ritual to slip behind. Nothing is more important than you showing up as the best version of yourself. You’re going to be a MUCH better mom, wife, and friend when you’re feeling like a champion first thing in the A.M.

 

These 6 concepts will completely TRANSFORM your life if you stay consistent and work diligently to implement them into your daily routine.
