The Important Assets of an Entrepreneur in Networking

At first glance the topic  "The important assets of an entrepreneur" might suggest physical properties like real estate for example. But that is not what I am focusing on. My focus in on the networking aspect of important assets.

I am focusing on the image that you have set in your mind about honesty and integrity.

You may  have noticed the recent clampdown and Receivership on a number of online businesses by the FCC. In essence it is in their investigative view the lack of honesty and integrity after long observation lead them to "protect" the consumer.

The hype and the promise which are promoted by unsuspecting persons who join these online networking businesses, is too often the promise without substance. When a company starts out there is the intention to keep the promise of you being able to earn a certain amount within a certain time frame. That can happen by you putting in the time and developing the skill needed to achieve the required results.

What if only the few earn and there is no recourse or other means of earning within said company?

Some people, try as they might never achieve what they set out to achieve. And there could be reasons for this.

First you have to believe in yourself and know that this is a done deal. This is your main asset.

Then you have to do your due diligence and pick the right company, digging deep. Look for a network marketing business that is built on integrity and honesty. Be stubborn and ask questions. If answers don't sound right or you are not comfortable with what you are hearing, go with your gut instinct.

All the time we talk about never quitting, and I am a firm believer because I know it works. For me it is not quitting altogether but finding something that works, when whatever you are in is no longer working for you, or have failed you. It is not hopping from one network business to the next. It is about being honest about what you are involved in and staying grounded.

Does it have a lifespan? Is it built on a solid platform of longevity and integrity? Is there continuous development? Is there expansion? Is there substance? Can you walk away, having paid for the program, with continuity. Is it uncomplicated? In other words: Can you use your product to further advance yourself or your business?

The IPRONetwork Group meets those criterion and more.  There are others that meet those criteria, but my focus is on this relatively young company that has gone far beyond expectations.  "It is a Marathon not a sprint" "How to put other people in a position to win." -  Mario Delgadillo as he talks about getting started. You sprint to get out the gate but you have to be in it for the long haul to help others.

"I am going to show you where the gold mine is but you have to go mine the gold."

"Everything worthwhile is uphill so you have to have valid work ethics and discipline"

-John Maxwell-  Leadership on  IPN Live

This is the 4th edition in the series of Leadership Live Event held in Houston Texas.

I invite you to watch the video to the end.

To your success
