What is Meditation

Meditation is the means of quiet and transformation of mind body and spirit.

The soul always

Quieting the mind is always the challenge which can be overcome.

There are many ways to meditate and there are many courses, techniques, and different approaches all with the same outcome, or intent  around the web, to guide you.

Some forms of meditation use soothing background music. Some people find a quite place. Some with the sound of the sea in the background as the waves rush to shore. The important thing is to find the medium best suited to you and silence the mind.

It is only then that you become creative and can tap into you inner greatness. 

Growing up as a child when the argument and disagreement began with her 10 children, she would tell everyone to shut up in a threatening tone because, she would say: "I can't even hear myself think."

As a child, while it was not called meditating in my household, my dad always instilled quiet moments, and so while  he wasquiet mindround in the evenings after work no one could speak above a whisper. He was always talking about being still and quieting the mind. He used to say …so you can hear yourself think.  I learned from an early age to control how much if at all I allowed things or personalities to disturb my spirit.  It serves me well because I feel at peace.

There is  EFT – Emotional Frequency Tapping, which helps you get grounded and balances your emotional wellbeing.

There are many practioners in the art of EFT. EFT works because human beings have an energy system. It creates major shifts in your understanding of how for e.g. your body responds to weight loss and body confidence among other benefits.

So what does it mean to meditate? It means giving your mind the opportunity to recreate itself, freeing from worry and clearing a path to succeed in whatever you choose. Focus your mind for a moment in silence as a method of relaxation, and utter calm where you simply breathe with nothing to achieve.
