Reflections Resolutions And Expectations iIn the New Year For Financial Freedom

Like millions of people around the Globe you are probably reflecting and thinking about the things you wish to achieve in the New Year.

Looking back at 2013  and reflecting on the many happenings around the world and even in our personal lives it is important to note that even with some negatives there is still a lot to be thankful for.

Many of us have battled and survived all kinds of illnesses and accidents of one type or another but we are here. Some of us as we reflect on these things we resolve to be a better person, to be more accepting and considerate, to be more caring and loving, to help those who cannot help themselves and are in need of our help, to achieve all the things we did not in 2013, to raise our standard of living, to achieve financial freedom, and the list goes on.

Do we write them down?  We should so that as  we complete the task we can tick them off one at a time if we are serious about our resolutions. What are resolutions anyway? Resolutions are promises or decisions about doing or not doing something; about who we want to be, but in order to make our resolutions stick we need to know our why. Why do we want to accomplish the things we aspire to. What are the motivating factors to achieve those things. We need to align why we want what we want with our values.

Some of us dream of and are seeking financial freedom and we have our reasons for this.  In 2013 we would have had several financial objectives and if we did not achieve them and they are the foundation of our why then they roll over into 2014. because we have a purpose, a why, and so we continue to pursue the dream.

We begin 2014 with even greater resolve and high expectations.  There are lots of opportunities to achieve our desired lifestyle and financial freedom so reach out and grasp it.

The New year is a time when people make resolutions on how to improve their  lives and  I am determined to do the same. Forget the not so good moments in 2013. Focus on the good memories and the positive possibilities of 2014.  Step in front of yourself and just do it. Make 2014 the year when you can say “I did it”.

I wish for all my online communities a very  Healthy Happy and Prosperous New Year and the fulfilling of your dreams.
