BCCP 104: The LAWS that Govern Business

Hi there,
Welcome to another teaching week. I hope you are seizing and using the knowledge you are gaining here. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. You can message me on this page. I reply quickly to queries asked. so don't hesitate to message and i will so my best to get across to help solve your problem.

That said, let's proceed to this week's business course 104: The Laws that Govern Business.

In life, every profession is ruled by principles. Principles are what govern our world. You call them LAWS. Laws are true facts by which things both living and non-living move with.
When man wanted to go to the Moon, they calculated the parameters by which they will get there. They observed the law of gravity and the law of thermodynamics and they landed on the Moon.
It doesn’t matter who you are or what you are, once you are able to identify the laws or ethics by which your profession operates, you cannot but be a success.

So what are the laws that govern business?
A warning here before i mention these laws:
ANY LAW YOU BREAK IN BUSINESS, COMES BACK TO BREAK YOU! Thus the essence of knowing these laws and abiding by them.
I discovered 40 laws. However, i will be sharing just a few of them in this course, if you want to know them, please get the following business coaching course materials at the store to know more:

1. Secrets in Making Maximum Profits in Business:

2. 30 Ways to Create Sales in Your Business

These laws are there for your use in your business. They are what i realized that all successful business enterprises including conglomerates used and are still using as you will soon see and it is what i have been using to build my business both offline and online.

1. The Law of your self-esteem. If as an Entrepreneur you have a very low self-esteem, your foundation is already broken and uncoordinated. You can’t succeed because you are already disoriented with your personality and a house divided against itself CAN NEVER STAND. Build your self-esteem first. It is the 1st law.

2. Purpose: This is where the definition of your mission statement as a company comes in. You must identify the real essence and mission of your business. Without this, your focus will be broken. Does your business has? Mine is to help businesses make maximum profits and sales in their businesses, making their TOTAL MAN a success. Do you know yours? Your purpose of business is what will fine tune everything about your business and help you to stay on A SINGLE AIM AND TRACK.

3. Location: This matters extensively. Your location matters because it is what defines the wealth and the sales you are looking for towards your direction. In online business, the location here signifies the type of online business that you are doing whether it is lucrative and durable enough for you to keep advertising it as a single entity. When I say single entity I mean the ONLY ONE YOU ARE DOING!

Like one of my business coaches said, ‘until you DO NOT HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE, THEN YOU ARE NOT ALL IN.’
You need to be all in, or else you can get divided and you lose focus and that my friend is your compass to success in business.

4. Focus: Focus is one of the powerful laws in business because it gives you direction, aim and target.

Hear what the following have to say on focus:
"If you want to be truly successful invest in yourself to get the ”knowledge you need to find your unique factor. When you find it and focus on it and persevere your success will blossom."
-Sidney Madwe

‘I focused on building relationships, surrounded ”myself with the leaders, built a community of like-minded women and did everything I could to help them to succeed’- Jillian Sandavol, CEO My Success Future Inc. (One of my business coaches and the best so far)

In the Entrepreneurial Women Master mind Course Program, Jillian said this,
‘You must define one target market so you can focus all of your energy and attention on attracting that client to you. If you attempt to marketing without defining who your ideal client is, your message will fall on deaf ears. Once you can pinpoint with laser accuracy who your ideal client is, then you are ready to proceed’

You will notice from the above that being focused was attached to success and at the same time on a laser energy: single direction.
When you are into many things, your focus is divided and your energy dissipated and wasted, yielding futility and no results.

5. Packaging: Packaging speaks a lot about the quality of your product. It is what you first sell, before you seal the deal of your market. Don’t sell a package that you cannot buy. That will not be a fair trade, very important. Let the content within your product equal the standard of your packaging. People buy quality and sustainable products.

6. Branding: This is discussed at length in the second part of this program. Very important too. will be discussed at length in the second part of this program.

7. Leadership Skills: Leadership is a key in business and how you lead matters. John C. Maxwell says, ‘Everything rises and falls on the leader.’
So the success of your business is attached to your leadership instinct and how you operate it.

Remember that you are NOT leading a system or machines you are leading the people behind the system and the machines and if you mess that up, you will be left with non-living equipment that can never operate themselves. Build your attitude as a leader!
John C Maxwell gave the following leadership types of influence and they are:
•Position: This is a leader who is drunk by position. People follow because they had to.

•Permission: This is a relationship building relationship. People follow them because they want to.

•Production: This is a result-performing leadership. This is a leader who yields results. People follow them because of what they have done for the organization

•People Development: This is a reproducing leader. This is a leader who reproduces himself in others. People follow such because of what they have done for them.

•Pinnacle: This is a leadership position based on your personality. People respect you for who you are and what you are. This is the highest level of leadership. People will follow such, because of who they are and what they are and this is the most effective of all.
So, based on the above levels, which level do you operate from? You cannot lead people until you have got their hearts.

8. Organogram: This has to do with the way you organize your business for competency, efficiency and effectiveness.
How you organize your workers or team's efficiency matters too, within your organogram must be the welfare of your workers or team members etc. This is very important because your workers are your work force and determine the success of your business and how you care for them matters if you are to enjoy exponential growth in your business. Organize your company well for future growth.
Do it in such a way that every arm of your company knows their duties and would not miss it.
Do it also within your organization, rewards for hard work that can motivate your workers or your business and help them stretch to their maximum levels. You can even put a training arm there to increase their efficiency as well.
The truth is workers rarely leave a place where they are loved, cared for and understood.

9. Marketing Arm: This will be taught in the section C of this course extensively. Marketing is a whole concept on its own. To get ahead of the course, you can lay your hands on the marketing coaching course materials at the store. Your choice.
But if your business must thrive, you need to market it and you don't just go out there and start blasting your business to everyone. YOU NEED AN EFFECTIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGN AND ADVERT!

10. Marketing Sheet: This is a sales report you need to set in place for your business to function well. It will empower you to evaluate your progress and to monitor your sales.

11. Evaluation: Every successful entrepreneur does this every month and year, because it is what determines their next year's sales strategy. Most businesses do. That is the only way we can know how much we make every year, our loss and our profits, that way we know where to focus our energy. This is very important, through this you can chart a sales report that will give a preview of the outcome of the sales within the year.
This should be divided into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually. This will give a foresight on how to work to yield maximally.

Here ends today's course. I have told you what to do if you want to know the rest of these laws. Get the business coaching course program materials i shared above. You need to KNOW THESE LAWS! Anyone you break, knowingly or unknowingly, fires back at your business. don't let that happen! GET THOSE BOOKS TODAY!

Till next week for the BCCP 105: How to Generate a Cash Flow in Your Business or How to Generate Capital in Your Business
God bless you.
