15 Common Mistakes to AVOID When Starting A Business

Hi  there

In giving more value to you, i decided to begin a business series that i tagged BUSINESS COACHING COURSE PROGRAM.
In this program, you will be learning the ETHICS, ETIQUETTE AND THE LAWS THAT GOVERN BUSINESS and which you can use to build your business.

And in starting the course, i am beginning with the first most important thing when starting off your business: 15 COMMON MISTAKES TO AVOID WHEN STARTING A BUSINESS: BCCP 101

These are the things i learnt when i was starting out 17 years ago before i started my company 5 years ago or started my Online store, so please i am teaching from experience and from what i have handled.
The coaching course program will be termed BCCP: Business Coaching Course Program and every teaching will have its course codes, so please don't miss any and if you have questions during the program, just email me at and i will help as much as i can.


1.  Never take more than you receive, give in more use value rather.
2. Never start your business because others or your friends are doing it. The likelihood is you may not make it. Have a genuine reason and your passion for starting.
3. Never be drunk with position. You may be at the bottom of the ladder tomorrow.
4. Never sell on the platform of lies. it doesn't last.
5. Never be money driven, rather be purpose driven.  This is what lasts.
6. Never have too many brands, have few under ONE UMBRELLA. My store has 6 brands. DIG DEEP NOT WIDE.
7. Never out shoot your budget.
8. Never group your audience in your advert campaign. Have a target. Be Specific. Made sales recently in my Campaign Per View .
9. Never group your business and personal accounts together. separate them.
10. Never hire INCOMPETENT WORKERS OR STAFF no matter how under staff you may be.
11. Never speak AT your audience but TO your audience when communicating with them. use the Law of SEGMENTATION
12. Never put sales first.
13. Don't just cook up any name for your business.Make sure that it is a name that speaks of its purpose AND IT IS NOT EASILY FORGOTTEN .
14. Never borrow or lend money to start your business. START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE. If you build well, you will create a cash flow within the business.
15. Never let your business be in BAD DEBT.

There are many more, however, to explain each outline will take hours and hours to teach. Take notes of them.
