Confidence is silent. Insecurities are loud.
"You and I have something in common; we are products of our environment." - Todd Treharne
Highly successful people invest in improving themselves. They develop the owner not the business, safe in the knowledge that the business can only ever reflect the quality of thinking they bring to it.
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but
your thoughts about it.”
- Eckhart Tolle
We may all somehow considered one day our degrees and certifications as our real distinctions. This idea is even sustained by some of us who add to their profiles: MBA, PhD, PMP, PPP, CEC, GGA ....
Can we please agree to stop making stupid people famous?
Is it our degrees who define us really or it's us who define and bring value to them. Who are YOU really beyond these degrees or status?
- ?? Our identify is not defined by our studies and degrees as there a lot of useless PhDs in the world and a lot of certifications that don't serve people.
- ?? Our true identity is measured by the values and beliefs we hold and respect NOT the ones we keep talking about to impress or display on a web site.
- ?? These values are the ones that motivate us, the reasons behind our actions and the ones that set us apart from the others.
- ?? These values can protect us when our degrees are absolute and outdated or when we have to reset everything.
- ?? Combining these degrees and values, PLUS living in alignment with your true identity are even more wonderful.
Fix your issues now. Then you'll be able to achieve, handle, and maintain the success you're striving for.
Lesson from working with people from all walks of life for the past 20 years and especially high achievers in their fields;
"Don't expect money or fame to fix what's wrong with you. Expect it to amplify what's already wrong with you."
You don't need to tell people you're good.
People see and sense the good.
Confidence is silent. Insecurities are loud.
“The world has the habit of making room for the man whose words and actions show that he knows where he is going.” – Napoleon Hill
Motivation is external drive
Inspiration is internal drive.
Transformation is when you become the drive.
"Every result you experience in your life, is created by you." You are the single greatest tool you have to accomplish your dreams! The more you invest in your growth, the more you'll be able to give and that's what living leadership is all about.
Emerson reflected-
"People tend not to see that their opinion of the world is also
a confession of their character."
If the world is your mirror...what's your reflection today?
Confidence is silent. Insecurities are loud.
