I don't want to bore you to death with scientific mumbo jumbo, I Capsiplex Sport Review just want to give you the quick truth. That's what I do. Whether you are an elite athlete or just hit the gym once per week, I'm sure you've probably felt tired and sore at least a few times following your workout. If you really busted it, you may have even felt tired and sore for several DAYS after your workout. No you weren't dying and you didn't over do it you probably just neglected a key aspect of your exercise nutrition plan.

Listen closely. If you only remember ONE THING from what you'll read here today remember this. Your post-workout meal is probably THE MOST important meal of the day. Here's why. After you're finished with a tough workout, your body enters a catabolic state where your muscle glycogen is depleted and high cortisol levels begin to rapidly break down muscle tissue.
