Phase One: You join our team and start looking to bring in three In To Win associates. You also get free advertising and support from your sponsor AND, your sponsor's sponsor.
Phase Two: You have three In To Win Associates. You and your sponsor work with those people until they have three In To Win Associates of their own.
Phase Three: Your three In To Win Associates have three new associates under them as well. You and your three associates work together and help those nine newest associates.
Phase Four: You can start over with a new organization or just continue to support your first group with guidance and mentorship. Either way, you will have a growing organization and a marketing 'Machine' that will provide an endless supply of advertising credits.
