Online advertising is the fastest and most efficient way of growing your MLM business. However many people fail to take full advantage of this way of promoting their MLM business. Blindly spending money on ads is a good way of losing money quickly, so it is important to understand the difference between a good and a bad MLM advertising campaign. Below you will learn 5 of my top tips for creating a profitable and properly optimized MLM advertising campaign.

 

#1 Use a Great Headline

 

A great headline can make a huge difference to how effective your advertisement is. If your headline doesn't grab the viewer's attention then they will never read your ad. And if they don't read your advertisement then the obviously will never click through to your website. There are many different types of effective headlines for online ads. Headlines which are outrageous, shocking or out of place are good for breaking through the visual clutter of a computer screen. Headlines which suggest a compelling benefit will help to ensure the viewer reads your ad. And headlines which suggest a secret will be revealed or ask a question can make reading your ad irresistible. I use a tool called Headline Analyzer http://www.aminstitute.com/headline/ that analyzes headlines based on the Emotional Value Words in the headline. I use only headlines that are rated 50% or more

 

#2 Optimize Your Ad

 

Once you have written your advertisement your job is not finished. The first copy of your ad is only the beginning and will need to be optimized through rigorous testing. The best testing you can do is to run variations on your ad and see how they perform in the real world. For example you might use the same headline and text but use different images. If you have 20 different images you can find out which gets you the best response rate. Once you know the answer to this then you can test different variations of the headline.

 

#3 Experiments With Different Ad Networks

 

There are many different places that you can run your MLM advertising. Some of the most popular include Google Adwords, Twitter, IBO Toolbox. Yahoo Advertising, and Facebook Ads. But this is by no means the only networks available. Other smaller networks such as AdBrite, POF ads, BuySellAds, 7 Search and Looksmart are all offer great opportunities. Often on smaller ad network you will get a better return on your investment because of the lower levels of competition. The downside to smaller ad networks is that they may not have the same potential for scaling up.

 

#4 Test With A Small Budget

 

When you first run an MLM advertising campaign you don't know whether it is going to be profitable or not. That is why when running a new campaign you should keep your budget relatively low. You should think of your initial spending as an investment in understanding what works and what doesn't. For instance, on Facebook you can test an ad for as little as $5. Keep testing until your MLM advertising campaign is consistently making a profit.

 

#5 Scale Up

 

Now that your MLM advertising campaign is profitable it is time to scale up. One of the best things about online advertising is that there is an almost unlimited amount of potential customers.
