As a marketing professional, I always "rate" business owners on how they follow up with their customers (me).
Think about this situation...
When you go into ANY place of business and make your purchase - ASK YOURSELF - did they gather your "follow up" data for their VIP program? (Name, Email, Cell Phone etc)

As a business owner - DO YOU - follow up and say "Thank You" to your customers?

Tip: Here's how your business can be different (from the others).
As a marketing expert, I am going to ask you (the business owner) three questions:
1. How do you follow up with your customers?
2. Do you *ACTUALLY* have a list of your customers?
3. Are you gathering customer data at point of sale (VIP PROGRAM)
Note: A "VIP Program" simply means you ask your customers if they are a part of your VIP Program. When they say *NO* - you simply inform them how you send Discounts, Coupons, Special Offers to your VIP members - ASK THEM - would you like to be a VIP member? When they say *YES* - gather their data - so you can send them YOUR thank you message!
