You write the Script of your Life!

"You are the vibrational writers of the script of your life, and everyone else in the Universe is playing the part that you have assigned to them." - (from the Law of Attraction workshop in San Francisco, CA on Sunday, March 2nd, 1997)

"Henry Ford once said that, whether you think you can or you think you can't, either way you're correct!"

I believe that our thoughts and the words we say have a huge impact on what happens in our reality. It's part of the Law of Attraction! And the Law or Attraction does not take sides. You can say or believe that something negative will happen, and the Law of Attraction says, "Ok, great, I'll make it happen." Or you can focus your thoughts and actions on a positive goal or outcome, and the Law of Attraction still says, "Ok, great, I'll make it happen." It's a Law of the Universe!

Choose your words carefully.

Focus on things that are positive.

Be grateful and thankful.

Give praise and recognition to others.

Let your thoughts be focused on the things that you DO want to manifest on your life.

I went through a deep mental depression several years back. And I remember that I had negative thoughts that seemed to dominate my mind. I was not conscious that these thoughts kept repeating themselves over and over. One-on-one counseling helped to a point, but it wasn't until I could personally recognize what was going on in my head that I actually had a breakthrough.

I then had to work extra hard at thinking in a different way. It was a constant effort on my part to put new positive thoughts into my brain.

Was it easy at first? No it wasn't.

Did the change happen over night? No, it did not.

It actually took about 6 months of work before I could tell a difference in my behavior and my thinking. But after experiencing the shift, I started to build  momentum in the whole process. And it got easier!

I began to notice that I wasn't hanging around the same negative people any longer. Actually, I think they stopped hanging around me because I had changed. And at the same time I began to attract a new set of friends and acquaintances who helped me to stay in good mental health because they were so positive and optimistic about life, and they held me accountable for the things that came out of my mouth.

If you're on the journey back to good mental health beyond any level of depression you might be experiencing, I wish you well and I encourage you to surround yourself with people who can support you and help you to grow!

Decide for yourself that you are worth it and that you deserve the best. Start with a clean slate and write a new script. Change your story so that YOU and everyone around you can participate in the NEW IMPROVED YOU!
