  Be Who You Desire To Be

For many people setting goals in and of itself is an exercise in focusing on “NOT ENOUGHNESS"…  Universal Laws dictate that what is focused on if only minimally it becomes a negative impact on one’s intention.

Think about New Year’s resolutions – or when someone engages with a coach. They often ask themselves - What have I accomplished?  But  mostly – they ask, ‘What HAVEN’T I done that I wanted to do or thought I SHOULD HAVE done?’ (‘Shoulding’ produces a form of self-criticism and the bruised ego fights back, thus creating self-sabotage.)
 
Or – people make a wish list - This year (or this next week), I'm going to…. Which is usually another list of the things you are berating yourself for – reminding yourself you don't have enough of or do enough of…
 
You simply need to put your attention on what you desire instead of what you don't desire.  Based on the Universal Laws whatever you focus on increases in your life. For example, if you focus on lack, you tend to create more of it in your life.  Likewise, if you focus on abundance, you'll create more of that.

Have you noticed that those who talk about being ill a lot are usually ill?  Or they listen to commercials and media reports that colds and flu are lurking in every corner. “Many people think cold and flu season are a part of life—it is merely a matter of when."  The Master teacher, Jesus said, “As you believe, so shall it be done to you.”  Henry Ford is credited with saying—“If you believe you can, or believe you can’t, you are right!”
 
You demonstrate outwardly what you believe in by the words you think and speak.  You might say you believe in health, for example, but if your conversation is focused on your illnesses, or your fear of illnesses, that's what you bring into your life.

If you focus on what went wrong in the past, and focus on avoiding it again, you are doomed to repeat the past. The Course in Miracles clearly explains, “That which we resist persists.”  The reason that it persists is because that is what we are focusing on. 
 
I discovered focusing on GOALS – for me, at least, is focusing on what I DON’T HAVE…so what is the solution? 
 
Of course, goal setting works - for some people, sometimes. So, what's missing? Many "success gurus" have hinted at the answer. Instead of looking at what you desire in life, they tell you that first you need to BE the one who can HAVE whatever it is you desire. But, they leave out the part of ‘How to BE.’
 
NOW I am inviting you to focus on the secret of BEING. It's not something you need to get or add to yourself, and it's not something you need to DO in order to achieve success. It's a matter of realizing and awakening to WHO you truly ARE. Do you know WHO you truly ARE? What qualities do you possess and how are you using them to your advantage?

What You DESIRE, DESIRES YouThis phenomenon is based on the Universal Laws of:

·         Polarity--Everything is on a continuum and has a opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations.

·          Attraction--Demonstrates how we create the things, events and people who come into our lives.  Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce vibrations which, in turn attract like vibrations. Negative vibrations attract negative vibrations and positive vibrations attract positive vibration.

·         Cause and Effect-- Nothing transpires by chance or outside the Universal Laws. Every Action (including thought) has a reaction or consequence, "We reap what we sow."

When you desire to be a compassionate person you need to show compassion to the best of your ability in the moment or when you have the availability to do so.

When you desire to be a generous person you need to offer to be available to assist your family and friends to the best of your ability in the moment or when you have the availability to do so. Being generous doesn’t mean spending money.

This moment is the first moment of the rest of your life. 

Are you willing to take the steps required to claim your happiness, success, fulfillment, and enlightenment? Will you take advantage of the opportunity to create a new reality for your life? 

It's time to SHIFT your beliefs and vibration and get prepared for what's coming up for your life... so I want you to put your heart and soul into paying close attention to how much mental, emotional and physical pain you are in. Then, step by step you can make the SHIFT  gently, easily, and without having to deal with the mental and emotional pain and stress of not knowing what to do, not feeling your best, and all the other OLD WAYS that are holding you back.
