Affordable Social Media Marketing Software For Beginner Marketers

Content is king. But you need to drive traffic to your content. The way to do this is to use social media, while you are waiting for the search engines to crawl your website. Most people are on social media these days. You need to build an audience that has an interest in your content. Once you have built an audience, you need to manage that audience. For this, you will need some affordable social media marketing software that is suitable for beginners. The software that is recommended is called Crowdfire.

As a beginner, you need software that is intuitive and easy to use. Many of the social media marketing software that is available is either built for the corporate world with pricing to match or the features that they offer are not suitable for one man bands who don’t have a team of digital marketers to create content for them.

The one man/woman band needs certain features at their disposal. Most importantly they need a stream of content that they can share with their audience, while also adding their own content to this stream. Many marketers keep reposting their own content over and over hoping to capture a new audience but often irritate their current audience who are getting frustrated by seeing the same content over and over again.

Crowdfire has the ability to analyze who has followed them, who has unfollowed them, and which accounts are inactive (what’s the point of posting to no one). Who to follow is another important issue. For anyone to get more followers, people have to follow people. Crowdfire analyzes which accounts are similar to the marketer’s account, as it is recommended to follow similar accounts as their audience will be similar. This means the other marketer’s audience will be interested in the marketer’s account and vice versa.

Adding to that, to get the similar accounts audience to follow, the marketer needs to make the audience aware that they exist. This is done by following them, liking or retweeting their content. This can all be managed from inside the member’s area of Crowdfire. To do this you need to type the account’s Twitter handle whose followers you want to target after selecting ‘Competitor’s Followers’. Then you can preview the followers or follow them.

Other features include following accounts based on a keyword search. This will retrieve accounts that use keywords you have specified. This can be useful to follow niche targeted accounts. Additionally, you can see who has recently followed you and unfollowed you. Most people will wait for a day or two after they have followed you to give you a chance to follow you back. Twitter like many social media platforms is based on reciprocal actions. This is true of following, but cannot be applied to retweeting and liking, as the Twitter user with 3,000 Retweets would be up all night.

There are more benefits to using social media marketing software besides the already mentioned features. With Crowdfireyou can follow 200 people and the unfollow 200 other people, without violating Twitter’s rules. If you performed this operation from within Twitter your account would get suspended. But Crowdfire can allow you to follow and unfollow people using their software without this happening, as long as you don’t follow or unfollow the maximums set by Twitter.

Crowdfire’s entry-level social media software package is suitable for most marketers. With the free package, you are restricted to following and unfollowing 50 people a day in total. Your Twitter feed will also get clogged up with Crowdfire messages. This can lead to your account looking unprofessional. No one wants to read, ‘one person followed me’, ‘one person unfollowed me’.

The next plan called the Plus Plan gives you the option to unfollow and follow as many accounts as you wish (only if Twitter permits). The limit for accounts under 5,000 followers, is to be permitted to follow up to 1,000 followers per day. After you have reached 5,000 followers Twitter permits you to follow and unfollow 10% of your follower total. E.g If you have 5,000 followers, you can follow 500 people and unfollow 500 people a day. The Plus Plan allows you to manage two accounts per social network, and schedule 100 posts. This is more than enough unless you want to tweet every 15 mins, then you should opt for VIP plan.

Crowdfire is the most affordable and user-friendly social media marketing software for beginners that offers its users the option to use a combination of manual and automated tools to manage their social media accounts. Crowdfire is not a new application and has been updated and improved over the years. There are many other social media marketing software options available but many of them are not as intuitive or as user-friendly as Crowdfire.
