Greetings Wellness Warriors! C'mon, join in with me... No More Diets! If we say it long enough and loud enough, we may come to realize the True Value of that decision. I'm sure you will relate to my yo-yo diet journey - up, down, all around - detoxing, low carbs, no carbs, boosters, supplements, low fat - yadda, yadda, yadda.
