How to Rob a Man

Mark 3:27 tells us that no one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house.
As we approach Men’s Health Month (June), I want to ask my male readers about their strength. I’m hoping you’ll slow down for a moment and join me in taking a quick survey and connecting some dots.
But first, let refer to the scripture passage above. It highlights a Biblical principle that calls to the light the posture of the head of the household. Can you re-read it and agree with me that if you take out the head, the body will follow?
The head is the strength, the protection, and the vision. The body is but an elongated shadow of the head. Strong head, strong body. Weak head, weak body. Oh, I could preach a sermon on this!
But I want to focus specifically on the HEALTH of a man and reverberations in his home. You know there is a ripple effect, right? A strong, vibrant, healthy husband/father/son can lead the pack and be on his game.
But if he is distracted, he is weakened from hitting the target for his family. His priorities shift and now he has to turn inward to manage his own poor health or his family has to take their eyes off of the agreed upon target to line up with his new slowed down pace.
Poor health in a man causes a tectonic shift in family dynamics and the family vision becomes vulnerable.
Men, there are four areas you MUST address to protect yourself, your family, and your vision.
1. Stay hydrated. A dehydrated body cannot heal itself.
2. Stay mineralized. Minerals are like switches or fuses in your body - when one goes out, the whole panel can shut down.
3. Keep oxygen flowing through your system. Denying this is suicide.
4. Minimize the toxins in your body. Toxins threaten you at every level, contributing to pain, inflammation, and disease.
This may sound like bad news but I’m hoping you take this info for what it’s intended to do - to serve as a wake-up call. The best news of all? As a Wellness Coach and a Hydration Specialist, I can recommend just two simple products to you that can help you get back in the zone.
Get them today. In addition to helping with all of the items I mentioned above, these also address issues related to stress, muscle building, and libido.
One of my favorite quotes comes from a movie and then relates home teams when they yell out to the opponent, “This is OUR house!”
That is a statement of authority and protection. Take charge of the next leg of your race. Learn to run strong and long.
People are depending on you.
Cheers to Your Best Health,
Coach Kim
