Is Losing Weight A Challenge For You?
Feeling Great While Losing Weight!
You can feel overwhelmed when you are trying to lose weight. While you may be very dedicated in the beginning, sometimes people start to get frustrated after a short period of time. Many people manage to meet their weight loss goals. How on earth do they manage it? It takes a lot of work Do you get frustrated if you only lose one pound? This is what one pound looks like.
Initially, plan exactly what you hope to achieve with your weight loss regimen. Is it your desire to wear clothes in a specific size? Do you have a weight in mind which you would like to achieve? Is it important to you to feel more fit and healthy?
Keep tabs on your weight loss every week. Develop a log that allows you to track your efforts across many weeks. Also, use this diary to keep a record of your daily food intake. Writing down your daily food intake helps keep you accountable for what you eat. There is an app. for that. I track mine every day. The fact that you are writing it down will decrease the likelihood that you will desire it. Do you get frustrated if you only lose one pound?
I have done great losing weight with the 10-day transformation and am doing it once a month and then doing all I can to maintain and keep my body slowly losing and then another transformation to speed it up again.
