Like a lot of families we’ve developed some rituals that we repeat at Christmas each year…
In our case that includes going to Church during the day on Christmas eve so as to be home before dark, eating Chinese food on Christmas eve and having Ham & mashed potatoes on Christmas day.
After a few years, we seem to repeat them almost unconsciously each year.
Likewise on IBO I’ve developed some “rituals” that I do repetitively. But it this case it’s daily/weekly.
I always “check in” twice a day, before and after 4 PM Mountain time (my time zone) and I make sure to maintain my 4 stars with some comments and posts.
Every day I record, in a spreadsheet, who the “Featured Member of the Day” is, (FMOTD for short)
I rarely miss the Wednesday training with Kris because even though I know most of the information, I often pick up something new and always appreciate the free advertising credits that come with attendance.
I make of point, every week, of sending connection requests to 25 or more people that I’m not currently acquainted with and…
Every week, for the last 156 weeks, I’ve published this post on the Featured Members of the day in review. So far I’ve reviewed 1,091 “FMOTD’s”.
I don’t know what your “rituals” are here on IBO but I can tell you the Featured Members
155 weeks ago I started reviewing and recording the Featured Members of the day.
I was interested in the first place because I think the FMOTD’s tend to be some of THE best prospects for any business.
They are “active networkers” in most cases and those are type of people that every organization needs.
But there wasn’t a place where you could check to see who the featured members were previously until I started this post.
An algorithm decides who is named FMOTD each day, and it’s “secret”.
From experience I can tell you the algorithm favors the members who are consistently active in all of the areas that your earn stars for.
Be active and persistent in the areas that you are rewarded with “stars” for and you too can be the Featured Member of the Day.
All the past featured members (going back 3+ years) are in my list of posts if you are interested.
“Click through” the individual’s name for any day and you can see their “statistics”...
Almost every week some that have been IBO members that are very new and some that are “veterans”.
For the week ending 12-24-2016, here are the “FMOTD’s” and their statistics, their “numbers”...

Like all of us that are active here, these 7 are helping promote each other simply by promoting the IBO platform . That’s how it works.
If you have already been featured, I look forward to seeing you featured again. If you haven’t been featured yet I look forward to seeing you here.
