This last week I invested a little time on IBO digging back through the members that joined a year ago, 2 years ago or 3 years ago on any given date.
In every case the number of members that were still active here on IBO was pretty small.
While that may sound like bad news I really think there is a silver lining in that...
In Think and Grow Rich, author Napoleon Hill tells the story of R. U. Darby, who discovered gold in Colorado. The vein of gold ore seemed to be enormous but it suddenly ran out…
The drillers searched to pick up the vein again, but they had no success. So Darby gave up and sold the remaining assets to a junkyard dealer.
The new owner called in a mining engineer who was an expert in the area of mineral deposits.
That engineer surveyed the situation and calculated that the gold vein would start up about 3 feet from where the others had stopped digging!
The expert knew geology and understood how rock formations often shifted, and…
he was exactly right!
Soon the mine was reopened, and the junkyard owner found millions of dollars worth of gold from the previously abandoned vein.
If you aren’t getting the value from IBO that you think you should, remember that story. There are plenty of experts you can find here.
155 weeks ago I started reviewing and recording the Featured Members of the day. That’s 1,084 “FMOTD’s” here on IBO…
A secret algorithm decides who is named FMOTD each day but from experience I can tell you the algorithm favors the members who are consistently active in all of the areas that your earn stars for.
Activity combined with persistence.
The more active you are, consistently, for a period of time the more likely you will be the next FMOTD. I can tell you that from personal experience.
Want to be a future “FMOTD” (Featured Member of the Day) yourself? Be active and persistent.
I was interested in the first place because I think the FMOTD’s tend to be some of THE best prospects for any business. They are “active networkers” in most cases and those are type of people that every organization needs.
If you go to my list of posts you can find all the past featured members from the last 3 plus years.
“Click through” the individual’s name for any day and you can see their “statistics”...
Almost every week some that have been IBO members that are very new and some that are “veterans”.
For the week ending 12-17-2016, here are the “FMOTD’s” and their statistics, their “numbers”...

Since the IBO platform gets more online exposure collectively, these 7 are helping promote each other simply by promoting the IBO platform . How cool is that?
If you have already been featured, I look forward to seeing you featured again. If you haven’t been featured yet I look forward to seeing you here.
Bill Bateman - (like Batman with an “E” in the middle you’ll hear me say if/when we talk on the phone)
